Every device we sell is tested before it leaves the shop, and it carries a 90-day warranty. If something is wrong with it, we will put it right.
We accept returns on defective items within 14 days of purchase. A device is defective if it does not work as described - for example it will not power on, the screen or cameras fail, it will not hold a charge, or it will not connect to a network it was sold as working on.
We do not accept returns because you changed your mind, or because you bought the wrong model or colour. We would rather you were sure before you buy, so please ask us anything and check the device in the shop.
Condition is stated plainly on every listing - the grade, the battery health percentage, and whether a screen is not original. A device matching what was described is not defective.
We accept exchanges. If a device turns out to be defective within the 14-day window, you can swap it for another device of the same value, or we can refund you. If you exchange for something more expensive you pay the difference; if it is cheaper we refund the difference.
If an item is defective, we pay the return shipping. Contact us and we will email you a prepaid label - you will not be out of pocket for a fault that was ours.
Please sign out of iCloud or your Google account before sending a device back. We cannot process a return on a device that is still locked to an account, and we are happy to talk you through it if you are not sure how.
Once we receive the device and confirm the fault, we refund to your original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank. Cash purchases are refunded in cash in store.
Your 90-day warranty covers faults that were not caused by damage. After it ends we will still look at the device and quote you for a repair - bring it in and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth fixing.
