Condition matters more on this model than on most. A clean Galaxy Note 10+ in Grade A brings $90 unlocked; the same phone with a cracked screen and worn edges drops to $26. That is $64 of the value sitting in the glass and the housing — about 71% of what the device is worth.
Carrier lock is the single biggest lever on this model. Unlocked, Grade A pays $90; locked to a carrier it is $49. If your contract is finished, asking your carrier to unlock it before you come in is worth $41 for a phone call.
