Condition matters more on this model than on most. A clean Galaxy S25 in Grade A brings $225 unlocked; the same phone with a cracked screen and worn edges drops to $82. That is $143 of the value sitting in the glass and the housing — about 64% of what the device is worth.
Carrier lock is the single biggest lever on this model. Unlocked, Grade A pays $225; locked to a carrier it is $146. If your contract is finished, asking your carrier to unlock it before you come in is worth $79 for a phone call.
Never opened? A sealed Galaxy S25 carries a $45 premium over a used Grade A one — $270 against $225. Bring the box and the seal intact and say so at the counter.
