Condition matters more on this model than on most. A clean Galaxy S25 Ultra in Grade A brings $390 unlocked; the same phone with a cracked screen and worn edges drops to $206. That is $184 of the value sitting in the glass and the housing — about 47% of what the device is worth.
Carrier lock is the single biggest lever on this model. Unlocked, Grade A pays $390; locked to a carrier it is $285. If your contract is finished, asking your carrier to unlock it before you come in is worth $105 for a phone call.
Never opened? A sealed Galaxy S25 Ultra carries a $41 premium over a used Grade A one — $431 against $390. Bring the box and the seal intact and say so at the counter.
