Condition matters more on this model than on most. A clean Galaxy S24 Ultra in Grade A brings $304 unlocked; the same phone with a cracked screen and worn edges drops to $158. That is $146 of the value sitting in the glass and the housing — about 48% of what the device is worth.
Carrier lock is the single biggest lever on this model. Unlocked, Grade A pays $304; locked to a carrier it is $214. If your contract is finished, asking your carrier to unlock it before you come in is worth $90 for a phone call.
Never opened? A sealed Galaxy S24 Ultra carries a $75 premium over a used Grade A one — $379 against $304. Bring the box and the seal intact and say so at the counter.
